Domestic Shipping

Shipping is from Monday-Thursday and all orders will be completed and shipped within 3-5 business days.

Orders will be sent to the customer's address provided from purchase and if you would like to make an address change please click here to send an email immediately with your order number, date of purchase, and updated address. Customers will be provided with a tracking number via email and if packages are lost or stolen customers will have to pay for shipping fee. Please refer to the mail carrier with your tracking information for more assistance in locating your product(s) if it happens to be lost/stolen.

Domestic orders are shipped via USPS and you will be supplied with a tracking number after the label is created.

Large items are packaged in sturdy boxes and small items are packaged in padded envelopes.

 

International Shipping

International shipping usually takes between 5-10 days depending on customs and customer will be provided with tracking number once items are shipped. If customs require any additional fee it must be paid by the purchaser. 

International orders are shipped via USPS and you will be supplied with a tracking number when the label is created. For lost or stolen items customer will have to pay for re shipping fee.  Please Refer to the mail carrier with your tracking information
