1. Everyday walk for at least 16 minutes ( 8 minutes up the street 8 minutes down). You may even kick it up a notch & do this in the morning and evening if possible.
- This is to properly prepare you for the workout program you'll transition into. Remember the aim is to be active for at least 30 minutes to an hour every single day & getting into the habit of this will burn fat & warm up those muscles.
2. Journal every food or drink intake in the notes of your phone or simply take a picture or video of your meals.
- This is for you to keep track of what you've been feeding your body to make any necessary adjustments for your personal gain.

3. Create a poster with a before picture leading to your aspirations/ body goals; as well as five personal goals and five reasons you must remain on track.
- This is to hold you accountable and remind you of what your goals and dreams are.
This may seem like an easy 3 step plan but trust & believe it'll make a difference and will assist you in sustaining motivation & the will to keep going.
